Originally founded in 1972 as Forrest P. Bowman & Co., Inc. and based in Corvallis, the company opened a Eugene office in 1991. With a change in ownership the company was renamed IPMG, Inc. in 2006. The firm has since exited the Corvallis area market to focus solely on the southern Willamette Valley including Eugene, Springfield, Cottage Grove and outlying areas of Lane County. We also manage commercial properties including office buildings, retail strip centers, and mini-storage facilities. Our office is located at 1800 Valley River Drive, Suite 100, Eugene, Oregon.

Effective property management is as much about managing the flow of communications and maintaining relationships as it is about overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the real property itself. We focus on listening to our client’s goals and objectives and keeping them informed about the overall operations at their property. We like to keep them engaged in making strategic decisions and setting effective policies designed to maximize the return on their investments and minimize exposure to risks. We understand that as rental housing and commercial space providers, we are in the customer service business. We can do the best job for our property owners by maintaining effective communications with our tenants and promptly addressing their requests for service.

Dolf joined the company in 1984 as an on-site manager and maintenance technician. He worked his way up through the organization until in 1996, he purchased the company from Forrest Bowman. Dolf obtained his real estate license in 1990 and his CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation in 1995. Dolf later joined the CCIM Institute and earned his CCIM (Certified Counselor of Investment Management) designation in 2007. In addition to managing and leasing our commercial property portfolio, Dolf works with our clients who are actively investing in commercial real estate.

Kathy Cotta has worked in Property Management in Lane County for the last 25 years. Kathy has handled all aspects of the industry from accounts payable, accounts receivable, leasing and marketing of properties and for the past 15 years been a licensed Property Manager/Broker and currently Principal Broker working on enhancing multiple portfolios and expanding her expertise on all levels of Property Management. Kathy stays familiar with market rents and trends throughout the Lane County area and strives to help all owners get the most of their rental portfolio. Kathy is affiliated with several local organizations and leads groups which help with gaining valuable resources for all of her clients.
