IPMG, Inc. is a professional property management company providing services throughout Western Oregon and the Willamette Valley from our offices located in Corvallis, Eugene, and Salem. Founded in 1972 as Forrest P. Bowman & Co., Inc. our residential portfolio includes apartment buildings, small multiplexes, and single family homes. We also manage commercial properties including office buildings, retail centers, and mini-warehouse storage facilities.

Our mission is to Serve Others Well! Effective property management is as much about managing the flow of communications and maintaining relationships as it is about overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the real property itself. We focus on listening to our client’s goals and objectives and keeping them informed about the overall operations at their property. We like to keep them engaged in making strategic decisions and setting effective policies designed to maximize the return on their investments and minimize exposure to risks. We understand that as rental housing and commercial space providers, we are in the customer service business. We can do the best job for our property owners by maintaining effective communications with our tenants and promptly addressing their requests for service.

Dolf deVos, CPM, CCIM
President/Principal Broker

Dolf joined the company in 1984 as an on-site manager and maintenance technician. He worked his way up through the organization until in 1996, he and his brother Pieter purchased the company from Forrest Bowman. Dolf obtained his real estate license in 1990 and his CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation in 1995. Dolf later joined the CCIM Institute and earned his CCIM (Certified Counselor of Investment Management) designation in 2007. In addition to managing and leasing our commercial property portfolio, Dolf works with our clients who are actively investing in commercial real estate. He is an active member of the Greater Corvallis Rotary Club and volunteers for the Boys & Girls Club and the Corvallis Homeless Shelter Coalition.

Pieter deVos
Vice President/Secretary

Pieter joined the company in 1994 as a property manager, having brought with him a background in construction and twenty years of international sales & service experience. He soon transitioned over as General Manager of Master Craft, the maintenance division of then Forrest P. Bowman & Co., Inc. Master Craft has since grown from a general maintenance company to a full-service contractor specializing in property maintenance and insurance restoration. Pieter’s role as a co-owner of IPMG, Inc. includes helping to oversee the general operations of the company and the coordination of the management and maintenance operations.

Tammy Barnhouse, CPM
Chief Operating Officer/Real Estate Broker

Tammy joined IPMG, Inc. in 1992 as a resident manager. Tammy has worked her way up through the organization and is now Chief Operating Officer and partner. Tammy oversees the day-to-day operation of the property management company in addition to her management portfolio of approximately 700 units. With her experience and dedication, Tammy provides detailed, organized service for the benefit of our clients and tenants alike. Tammy completed her Certified Property Manager designation in May of 2007 with the Institute of Real Management.

The principals are supported by a well-trained licensees and a dedicated staff of administrators, bookkeepers, and tenant service/liaison personnel.

Master Craft Restoration & Maintenance, LLC (Master Craft) is an independent company registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors' Board (#53553). Bonded and insured, Master Craft provides services in insurance restoration, cleanin and contracting, remodeling, as well as maintenance for property owners and investors both within the management portfolio and independent.

Maintenance services include tenant turnover work, routine and improvement maintenance and remodeling, interior painting, and "light" plumbing and electrical repair. Master Craft's uniformed personnel are prepared to respond to routine and emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to meet the service requirements of tenants and clients throughout the mid-Willamette Valley. The pledge of Master Craft is to provide a professional, timely response at a competitive price.
